Our training is proprietary, but in short, the bot has been trained on restaurant information, while Google AI handles the logic and intent. So, you get all the power and knowledge of Google with more specific restaurant-focused expertise from our team! If you have specific things you’d like to bot to send to customers, like greetings, or any additional information that the bot should be able to share, you can add it in the dashboard.

When you start using HazlVoice, you will purchase a new phone number through the dashboard. The number customers will use to place their orders by text will be different from your store’s number, so they can still call your usual number to speak with a member of your staff on-site.

We are excited to announce that this is a feature that will be coming soon! It’s already in the works, and we’ll be sure to let all customers know as soon as it’s available.

Your card on-file will be charged on a recurring monthly basis.

If they stay on the line or press a designated prompt, the phone will redirect the customer to your current phone number. From there, it will ring the store and they’ll be able to connect with an employee.

After your free trial, billing will start on a per phone number basis (usage limits may apply). We will bill the card on-file starting on the termination of any applicable free trial, and the card will be charged on a recurring monthly basis.
