Yes! But if you want to do this you’ll at least need a second line routing to the store. The standard process is a new phone number will be assigned to you in order to play the recorded message and use the link function. But, you can select an area code that will be familiar to your local customers. But if you really want to keep your number we can work with that!

If they stay on the line or press a designated prompt, the phone will redirect the customer to your current phone number. From there, it will ring the store and they’ll be able to connect with an employee.

After your free trial, billing will start on a per phone number basis (usage limits may apply). We will bill the card on-file starting on the termination of any applicable free trial, and the card will be charged on a recurring monthly basis.
