Hazlnut, LLC provides SMS text messaging for customer support related to the Hazlnut platform, including online ordering, mobile app, restaurant technology, account support, troubleshooting, onboarding, password/account assistance, menu or ordering support, and related service communications.

By texting Hazlnut at our published support number, requesting SMS support from Hazlnut, or providing your mobile number to Hazlnut during onboarding or support communications and requesting SMS assistance, you consent to receive conversational customer support text messages from Hazlnut at that phone number.

Hazlnut SMS support messages may be sent from 904-482-4215 or another Hazlnut support number. You may also contact Hazlnut support by calling 1-844-446-6646, option 2.

Message frequency varies based on your support request and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
